About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Jaipur store. You will greet customers, recommend gemstones and jewellery, handle transactions and work towards sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Recommend appropriate gemstones and jewellery based on customer preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Support product displays and follow‑up with customers.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and sales‑oriented personality.
- Willingness to learn detailed information about gemstones.
- Sense of responsibility and reliability.
What we offer
- Salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- Performance‑based incentives.
