About the role
The Restaurant Server works full‑time on‑site at a dining establishment in Jaipur. You will greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials and take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, seat them, and provide menu information.
- Take and relay food and drink orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and check on guest satisfaction.
- Maintain clean, properly set tables and coordinate table turnover.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues courteously, and process payments.
- Support teammates during peak periods and assist with special requests.
Required profile
- Strong food‑service experience in a professional dining environment.
- Good knowledge of hygiene, safety and food‑quality standards.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work fast‑paced, manage multiple tables and stay organized.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days.
