Reservation Manager

About the role

The Reservation Manager will lead all booking activities for our Daman site, ensuring guests and clients enjoy a seamless reservation experience. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with front‑office, sales and events teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage room and event bookings, update reservation systems, and confirm or modify reservations.
• Coordinate daily with front office, sales, and event teams to align inventory and rates.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email and online channels, resolving any booking‑related issues.
• Monitor booking trends, prepare occupancy and revenue reports, and support rate‑yield management.
• Implement and enforce reservation policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong background in hospitality or event reservations, with experience in booking systems and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple reservations and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting booking data and supporting revenue decisions.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation/property management software.
• Comfort using common office software and digital booking platforms.
