About the role
Royal Orchid Hotels – Rajkot is a pre‑opening hotel seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals across multiple departments to deliver high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in your assigned department (e.g., Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Kitchen).
- Maintain service quality, hygiene and safety standards while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments and support pre‑opening preparations.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations for the specific role applied for.
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences and ability to work in a fast‑paced pre‑opening environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hotel SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow standard recipes or service procedures.
