Private Chef / Premium Cook – 5-Star Healthy Meals

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Chef / Premium Cook to prepare healthy, macro‑controlled, restaurant‑quality meals for a client in Gurugram.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare 5‑star quality dishes while strictly adhering to calorie and macro targets.
• Plan weekly menus and rotate healthy recipes independently.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, plating, and overall kitchen management.
• Weigh all ingredients accurately and control portion sizes.
• Execute a variety of cuisines including Indian, Continental, Mediterranean, Asian, Italian, and grill/tandoor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, preferably in 4/5‑star hotels, premium restaurants or private‑chef households.
• Strong understanding of calories, protein, carbs, fats and portion control.
• Comfortable measuring ingredients and following exact macro specifications.
• Knowledge of sports/fitness nutrition is a major plus.
