Repair & Maintenance Technician – Printing Machinery

About the role

The Repair and Maintenance Technician will work on‑site in Goregaon, ensuring the smooth operation of high‑speed printing and labeling equipment. This full‑time position involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and carrying out preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on NILPETER servo‑flexo printing machines and related equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, calibrations and adjustments for optimal performance.
• Execute repairs and preventive maintenance tasks, maintaining detailed maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to support safe, continuous operations.
• Follow safety protocols, recommend process improvements, and assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Required profile

• Strong background in equipment and industrial maintenance, preferably in printing or packaging environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and process‑related issues.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial production equipment and knowledge of safety standards.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and maintenance documentation.
