Remote Accountant for Two Small Businesses

About the role

We are seeking a reliable remote accountant to manage the financial tracking of two small businesses with low transaction volumes. The role is fully remote and requires coordination with UAE business hours. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping and provide timely financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Record all income, expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Track customer and supplier payments.
• Reconcile transactions and receipts.
• Maintain organized financial records for each business.
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Support basic cash‑flow and profit tracking.

Required profile

• Proven accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong familiarity with Zoho Books.
• Ability to manage two separate sets of accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in bank and payment reconciliation.
• Capability to generate basic reports such as P&L, expenses, receivables, and payables.
• Highly organized, accurate, and responsive.
• Comfortable working remotely during UAE coordination hours.
