Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (Facility & Admin)

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facility and production equipment. You will lead preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and coordinate with vendors to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule.
• Respond to TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair work.
• Coordinate warranty and AMC activities with external vendors.
• Read energy consumption, maintain diesel generators and manage DG upkeep.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, transformers and wiring.
• Work with relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components such as motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives and encoders.
• Carry out refurbishment, upgrades of building finishes, fixtures, furniture and OPS equipment (trolleys, cages, carts).
• Conduct fire alarm and extinguisher inspections, height work, hot‑work permits and civil/plumbing corrective maintenance.
• Prepare daily TT closure reports, RCA documentation and incident reports.
• Update tools inventory using the EAM system and manage soft services (pest control, housekeeping, waste disposal).

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial facility maintenance covering electrical, mechanical and civil domains.
• Ability to work safely, follow permits and support production in a customer‑focused manner.
• Strong organizational skills to manage PPM schedules, vendor coordination and reporting.
