Reliability Engineer (Flight Hour Services)

About the role

The Reliability Engineer will oversee and deliver reliability programmes for Airbus Flight Hour Services contracts managed from the Central Plateau. You will work closely with Fleet Technical Management teams to ensure component performance meets contractual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Reliability Control Program (RCP) manual for FTM contracts.
• Create, consolidate and distribute RCP reports and Engineering Statistical Reports (ESR).
• Manage the reliability cockpit, knowledge database and identify rogue units or poor performers.
• Perform technico‑economical support for component removal trends, analysing GMTBUR, MTBUR and NFF rates.
• Prepare aircraft performance monitoring reports and highlight recurring defects, delays or cancellations.
• Conduct first‑level technical investigations using maintenance logs, MIS data and shop findings to determine root causes.
• Coordinate with central plateau, customer‑facing and Toulouse HQ engineering teams to drive statistical studies and improve Dispatch Reliability.

Required profile

• 4‑10 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related aerospace field.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity.
