Regional Sales Manager – Prime – Jaipur

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager – Prime will lead sales activities across Jaipur and the wider Rajasthan region. Reporting to the ZSM‑ABHFL, you will shape and execute the regional business strategy, drive customer acquisition, and ensure operational effectiveness throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create the regional sales strategy and operational plan with ZSM‑ABHFL, aligning resources, productivity and compliance.
• Monitor market trends, competitive offerings and industry developments; provide insights to the team and senior leadership.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, develop new customer acquisition plans, and allocate targets to team members.
• Implement initiatives based on customer satisfaction surveys and NPS results to improve sales mix, channel expansion and cost optimisation.
• Manage distribution networks, including developers, DSAs, arrangers and direct teams, ensuring efficient processes across sourcing, approval, servicing and collections.
• Analyse regional MIS reports for profitability, disbursements and market expansion, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional sales leadership, preferably within the construction or related sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to track market dynamics and translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to drive high‑performance culture, monitor productivity metrics and support team development.
