Regional Sales Manager – Group Sales Broking

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager – Group Sales Broking will lead the expansion of Aditya Birla Health Insurance's group sales portfolio across the Gurgaon region. The role focuses on capturing new business opportunities within SMEs and start‑ups, developing tailored health‑insurance solutions, and strengthening relationships with channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new group business worth approximately INR 1,500 crore annually.
• Design and promote customized health‑insurance products for SMEs, start‑ups and other corporate segments.
• Build and manage a network of channel partners to extend market reach.
• Collaborate with product, underwriting and wellness teams to create cost‑effective, standardized solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the health‑insurance division.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within health‑insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the Indian SME and start‑up ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Leadership qualities to manage a regional sales team and channel network.
