Recruitment Consultant – Veteran Talent Specialist

About the role

SenaSphere is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to expand its network of employers and veteran candidates. You will act as the bridge between companies looking for disciplined talent and ex‑servicemen transitioning to civilian careers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with client companies to gather hiring requirements and translate them into veteran talent searches.
• Identify, screen, and present suitable veteran candidates for open positions across multiple sectors.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and placement logistics to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with employers and keep candidate pipelines up‑to‑date.
• Utilise AI‑enabled tools and recruitment platforms to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, sales or business development (prior recruitment experience mandatory).
• MBA preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable interacting confidently with both employers and veteran candidates.
• Organised, target‑oriented and sincere approach.
