Recruiter – Experienced Hires (UK)

About the role

As a Recruiter supporting the United Kingdom for Experienced Hires, you will shape Shell’s future by identifying, attracting and securing top talent. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for ML3 and below positions, ensuring each hire strengthens our competitive edge.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with IR/HR and Hiring Managers to translate business priorities into recruitment plans.
• Deliver hires quickly, with high quality, cost efficiency and full compliance while advancing DEI goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end experienced‑hire processes, including job briefs, assessments, offers and regret communications.
• Develop deep market knowledge of the UK and work with Sourcers to build pipelines for key skill pools.
• Create a world‑class candidate experience that showcases Shell’s EVP.
• Collaborate across skills, business lines and the IR/HR ecosystem to meet shared resourcing goals.
• Participate in, and occasionally lead, local, regional and global recruitment improvement projects.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and uphold data quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience supporting the UK and/or European markets.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU HR policies and local employment legislation.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and convert candidates.
• Team player who fosters an inclusive environment and collaborates across functions.
