HR Operations Executive – French Speaking

About the role

Join the HR Shared Services team at Atkins Réalis as an HR Operations Executive supporting French‑speaking employees worldwide. You will provide proactive, written‑first HR assistance, handling queries, maintaining records, and contributing to service improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee queries via case‑management tools, ensuring timely and accurate written communication.
• Prepare standard correspondence for employees and external parties.
• Liaise with line managers, HR colleagues, and employees to gather information and provide support.
• Maintain confidential employee records and documentation in line with regional policies.
• Assist the People Hub team with ad‑hoc projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Work rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on regional volume demands.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate qualification with 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Strong written English communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night hours.
• Previous customer service or internship experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Word.
