Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Quantity Surveyor to join our team in North Goa. You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities, taking off quantities from drawings, and supporting cost estimation and tender preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for residential and luxury real‑estate projects.
• Take off quantities from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Assist in cost estimating, tender documentation, and cost reporting.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and support contract administration.
• Review contractor bills, verify measurements, and ensure timely cost reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, site teams, and procurement to validate scopes and manage cost risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take‑off, and measurement from drawings.
• Experience with cost planning, cost management, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and variation/claims assessment.
• Prior experience in residential or luxury real‑estate projects in India is an advantage.
