About the role
TaskUs is seeking a multilingual Quality Analyst to join its India operations. In this role you will ensure that client interactions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction across several language markets.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate live and recorded calls in Portuguese, German, Japanese, French, Korean, and Spanish.
- Apply client‑specific quality guidelines and provide actionable feedback to agents.
- Track performance metrics and ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
- Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess calls objectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the listed languages.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
