About the role

The QA Officer will oversee fabric quality throughout the production line, ensuring that all materials meet the company's stringent standards. This position works closely with production, merchandising, cutting and finishing teams to maintain high quality output.

Key responsibilities

Conduct in‑line, mid‑line and end‑line fabric quality inspections.
Document inspection results and generate detailed quality reports.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Cutting and Finishing departments to address quality issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with AQL 1.5 and 2.5 standards.
Identify and classify fabric defects, recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

Graduate or Diploma in Textile.
3–8 years of QA/QC experience in a reputable export house.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching and pattern construction.
Familiarity with AQL 1.5/2.5 standards and common fabric defects.
Effective communication and team handling abilities.
