Field & Production Assistant – Textile Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Field & Production Assistant to support our textile design and manufacturing operations. The role combines on‑site factory work with field visits to vendors, ensuring samples and production run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Visit vendors, suppliers, printers, dyeing units and other production partners as needed.
• Coordinate sampling under the designer’s direction and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on fabric, printing, dyeing, stitching and other sample requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the factory, designer and external vendors.
• Supervise production to match approved samples and assist with quality checks.
• Oversee loading of export containers and ensure proper organization.
• Collect and deliver samples, materials and other items.
• Prepare cartons, boxes and packages for courier dispatches.
• Assist with packing, sample preparation and general factory tasks.

Required profile

• Hardworking, responsible and punctual.
• Willing to travel locally to vendors and suppliers.
• Comfortable working in a factory environment and communicating with workers, vendors and suppliers.
• Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary of ₹16,000.
• Full‑time, long‑term employment.
• Standard working hours 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM with a half‑day on Sundays.
• Two days of leave per month and paid overtime as per regulations.
