Projects Manager (Civil) – Industrial Plant Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Projects Manager (Civil) to lead the civil execution of our new Quicklime and Hydrated Lime manufacturing plant in Berathal Kalan, Nagaur, Rajasthan. The role involves managing all civil works from site development through foundations, structural works, and handover for equipment erection.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the civil scope on site, including equipment foundations, RCC work, steel structures, buildings and plant infrastructure.
• Review and resolve queries on civil and structural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams to align foundation and structure readiness with equipment delivery schedules.
• Manage contractors, clarifying scope, deploying manpower, monitoring work quality and verifying billing.
• Control civil costs against budget, verify contractor measurements and track progress against schedule.
• Enforce safety standards in line with ISO 45001 across all civil activities.

Required profile

• B.Tech, B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial or plant civil construction.
• Proven experience in equipment foundations, RCC, steel structures and site development.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
