Project Planning cum Billing Manager

About the role

The Project Planning cum Billing Manager will oversee a portfolio of client projects, ensuring revenue targets are met and profit margins are maintained while managing risk and billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
• Deliver assigned revenues through repeat business and flawless project execution.
• Achieve planned profit margins consistently.
• Complete projects without write‑downs or multiplier erosion.
• Handle projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF).
• Lead complex client engagements and larger projects.
• Make decisions and guide other Project Managers in risk identification and mitigation.
• Direct staff to minimize exposure to claims.
• Supervise and coordinate multiple Project Managers across programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• 10‑15 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
