Mid-Level Electrical Engineer – Buildings & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Electrical Engineer to join AECOM’s team in Karwar, focusing on design and engineering services for building and infrastructure projects. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable electrical solutions that support our clients’ needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specific portions of broader engineering assignments under moderate supervision.
• Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures.
• Conduct detailed calculations and routine tests for building and infrastructure projects.
• Propose approaches to solve new engineering problems and identify discrepancies in results.
• Provide guidance to entry‑level engineers and ensure work aligns with budget and schedule.

Required profile

• B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in electrical engineering for buildings or infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit for electrical design.
• Experience using power system analysis software such as ETAP or SKM.
