Project Manager – Wind Turbine Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new development and change‑management projects within Global Engineering, focusing on wind turbine components and optimisation across our portfolio. You will ensure projects are delivered on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage development and change‑management projects for wind turbine components, overseeing budget, quality and schedule.
• Define and process project scope with interdisciplinary teams (Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics, Installation, Service).
• Evaluate project ideas, support them through approval stages, and align schedules with other project managers.
• Report progress to the Program Director of Turbine Serial Development and escalate issues to relevant committees.
• Coordinate resources with line and project managers, and manage technical aspects and risk with chief engineers and divisional management.
• Organise prototype testing and ramp‑up activities in operational areas.

Required profile

• Diploma or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project‑management experience in the wind industry.
