Project Manager – Salesforce

About the role

As a Project Manager – Salesforce at TTEC Digital, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce projects from initiation through closure, developing detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Lead governance activities, including status meetings, steering committee sessions and client communications.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, driving corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate distributed teams and client stakeholders, monitoring resource utilization and capacity.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs and other governance documentation.
• Support estimation, proposals and RFP/RFI responses for new Salesforce opportunities.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent.
• 8–12+ years of IT project management experience, with significant Salesforce project exposure.
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and distributed teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
