Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee end‑to‑end execution of real estate projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This full‑time, on‑site role in Jaipur involves coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans and track milestones.
• Manage resources and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor logistics, material deliveries, and inventory to keep construction activities on schedule.
• Resolve operational issues, report project status to leadership, and support decision‑making.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.

Required profile

• Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Expediting experience to follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of critical resources.
• Inspection capability to verify quality, safety, and compliance on site.
• Logistics management skills for material movement, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
• Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects, preferably in or around Jaipur.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools and ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
