About the role

Fine Acers Pvt. Ltd., a leading luxury resort developer, is seeking a confident and client‑focused Customer Relationship Manager to join its Jaipur team. The role involves ensuring an exceptional experience for high‑value clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Address customer queries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and post‑sales support.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, keep clients informed about project updates, documentation and service matters.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and proactive engagement throughout the client journey.
• Maintain accurate customer records, reports, CRM data and follow‑up history.
• Represent Fine Acers professionally during client interactions, meetings and coordination processes.
• Support sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, real estate, luxury sales, hospitality, client servicing or post‑sales coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to handle premium clients with patience, confidence and clarity.
• Good coordination, follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with CRM tools or reporting systems is a plus.
• Local candidates from Jaipur are preferred.
