About the role

Greystar is seeking an Operations Associate to support the collection and delivery of property data to external vendors. The role involves accessing multiple internal systems, extracting required information, and formatting it according to vendor specifications on a weekly basis.

Key responsibilities

Log into designated Greystar systems to locate and extract property data for each “wave” of properties.
Record the extracted data in a provided Excel spreadsheet following the vendor’s format.
Manage weekly “waves,” ensuring data is delivered by the specified begin and end dates.
Follow detailed instructions for each system and use provided credentials securely.
Escalate any issues or questions to the designated point of contact according to the defined process.

Required profile

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise data‑entry instructions.
Comfortable working with multiple internal software platforms and managing weekly deadlines.
Good communication skills for escalating issues and collaborating with the team.
