Project Manager

About the role

Lubrizol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑priority initiatives across its business units. Based in Pune, you will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor top‑priority projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, R&D, IT, supply chain, and procurement teams to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage risks.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring adherence to milestones.
• Promote a results‑oriented project management culture and share best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a multinational environment.
• At least 2 years of direct project or business initiative management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Project planning tools: Planview, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project.
• Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
