Project Manager – Interior Design

About the role

Theos is looking for a detail‑oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of commercial and residential interior projects. You will act as the bridge between design and on‑site delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team after sign‑off to ensure a smooth transition to execution.
• Review design documentation, plans, specifications, and client preferences.
• Conduct client walkthrough meetings to explain the execution process.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Create and manage project budgets, monitoring financial constraints.
• Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure on‑site work complies with approved designs and conduct regular quality checks.
• Document daily progress, milestones, and client interactions in the CRM tool.
• Provide post‑project evaluations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Project Management from a reputable institution.
• Minimum four years of professional experience in commercial or residential interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, hardware, and manpower requirements for interior execution.
• Ability to distinguish high‑quality workmanship from substandard work.
