Project Manager – Defence Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead defence‑related projects, focusing on radar and launcher system assemblies. The role involves end‑to‑end project ownership, from planning through execution, while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project.
• Monitor and control project costs and timelines against the approved plan.
• Coordinate regularly with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government inspection agencies.
• Oversee technical activities such as assembly of radar and launcher systems, environmental testing, and EMI/EMC testing.
• Manage NC‑NC trials and new‑project development trials on site.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation actions.
• Travel to supplier sites, customer locations, and inspection agencies as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing defence industry projects.
• Hands‑on experience with NC‑NC trial execution and new‑project development.
• Strong ability to interact with customers and suppliers to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Willingness to travel frequently to multiple locations.
