Project Manager – Controls & Instrumentation (12-15 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead large‑scale Controls & Instrumentation projects for major EPC clients. The role involves end‑to‑end responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of projects valued over $5M.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project execution plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships, address issues promptly, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, compliance, and contract management.
• Handle change control, documenting and approving scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
• Implement risk and quality management processes to meet regulatory standards.
• Monitor project finances, track costs, and take corrective actions to stay within budget.
• Lead and motivate project teams, conduct performance reviews, and provide development opportunities.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager on Controls & Instrumentation projects.
• Proven track record managing at least two large projects (value > $5M).
• Experience working with major EPC customers such as L&T, Technip, EIL, Tecnimont, RIL, IOCL, Tata.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Hands‑on experience with CORA and/or PRoFiT tools.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
