Project Executive - Automation

About the role

The Project Executive – Automation will design, develop and support automation workflows and digital solutions that improve business efficiency for Bosch Global Software Technologies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate process requirements into scalable automation implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions, designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting workflows and digital applications.
• Identify process improvement opportunities by studying business processes, gathering requirements and implementing automation to boost efficiency.
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, databases, files and business applications ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Prepare design documents, test cases, user guides and maintain audit‑ready documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, resolve issues and enhance user adoption.

Required profile

• Graduate or Post‑Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in business process automation, workflow automation, RPA, low‑code/no‑code development or digital solution implementation.
• Optional exposure to supply‑chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing or related processes.
