Production Team Member – OSD

About the role

We are looking for a Production Team Member (OSD) to join our manufacturing site. The role involves setting‑up, calibrating and operating equipment in a GMP‑compliant environment while ensuring product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machinery and prepare raw materials for production runs.
• Perform in‑process checks such as weight variation, hardness and disintegration.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
• Carry out cleaning, sanitisation and routine preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support corrective‑and‑preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring problems.
• Use digital tools like the SOR system and OEE dashboards to monitor performance.
• Participate in safety drills, training sessions and continuous‑improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, lean).

Required profile

• Ability to work in a GMP/GDP regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to follow SOPs and engage in continuous‑improvement activities.

Required skills

• Equipment setup and calibration.
• Preventive maintenance procedures.
• Use of SOR (Shop Order Release) system.
• Interpretation of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) dashboards.
• Basic troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
