Production Supervisor (Plastic)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the shift‑level operations of our plastic manufacturing unit in Noida. The role involves overseeing manpower, machine utilization and meeting daily production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shift‑wise production activities and achieve daily/weekly output goals.
• Plan and optimise manpower allocation across multiple production lines.
• Monitor machine performance, minimise downtime and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure in‑process quality compliance and work closely with the Quality team.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and other support functions to resolve production issues.
• Prepare shift production reports and handover documentation.
• Enforce safety procedures and production protocols on the shop floor.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant production experience in plastic or engineering components.
• Diploma or B.E. in Plastic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven track record in shop‑floor and shift production management.
• Hands‑on experience in manpower handling and machine utilisation.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts in an onsite environment.
