Line Chef

About the role

We are seeking a Line Chef (Commis III level) to work on our production floor in Noida. The role focuses on preparing and cooking products strictly according to written SOPs and recipe cards, ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑process ingredients – washing, peeling, cutting and portioning as defined in SOPs.
• Cook and process batches following standard operating procedures and recipe cards, maintaining uniformity across product variants.
• Maintain cleanliness and food‑safety standards at the workstation and equipment.
• Document batch details (quantities, timings, deviations) in the production log.
• Support other production functions such as filling, packing and general floor assistance, especially on non‑cooking days.

Required profile

• Formal culinary training or equivalent hands‑on experience in a commercial kitchen or food‑production environment.
• Previous experience in a Commis III or similar entry‑level cooking role.
• Basic knowledge of food‑safety and hygiene practices (FSSAI/HACCP exposure is a plus).
• Ability to read and follow written SOPs and recipe cards accurately.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift ingredients/products.
