Production Supervisor

About the role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily printing operations, ensuring targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires independent machine operation, problem‑solving, and teamwork to keep the production line running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Run the printing machine independently and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain product quality by adhering to all quality parameters.
- Reduce rejection rates and monitor equipment for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a production environment.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control processes.
