Production Associate – Level II

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate – Level II to operate machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on meeting quality and productivity targets while ensuring a safe workplace, with limited supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products according to specifications.
• Follow health, safety and environmental (HSE) procedures, report hazards, and use appropriate PPE.
• Perform quality inspections, apply Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka‑yoke, and visual standards, and identify non‑conforming material.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas, conduct routine housekeeping and machine cleaning, and carry out planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Achieve production goals by working at required cycle times and supporting flexible production schedules.
• Collaborate with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to identify equipment needing repair.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, process flow, and employee development.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow HSE standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willingness to engage in training and personal development.

Required skills

• Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge.
• Poka‑yoke and visual standard implementation.
• Operation of manual and automated production equipment.
