Product Specialist – Pharma (Baby Care Division)

About the role

The Product Specialist will support the Baby Care Division of Himalaya Wellness Company by promoting pharmaceutical products to gynaecologists, paediatricians and major hospitals. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory in Noida.

Key responsibilities

• Meet doctors daily to promote company products in line with company policy.
• Visit chemists and stockists to ensure stock availability, collect orders and payments.
• Participate in brand promotion activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctor meets and RTMs.
• Execute promotional strategies and use promotional inputs as per guidelines.
• Maintain regular visit frequency with doctors, hospitals, institutions, chemists and other customers to strengthen relationships.
• Support new product launches according to company strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain frequent visits to healthcare professionals.
• Ability to follow company policies, promotional guidelines and sales processes.
