Product Owner - DevOps Practice (Ansible)

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical, execution‑driven Product Owner to lead our DevOps Practice. In this position you will bridge strategic business goals with technical delivery, shaping automated infrastructure, deployment workflows, and continuous integration ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the optimisation of CI/CD pipelines, automated artifact deployments and self‑healing infrastructure, embedding Ansible playbooks into standard deployment roadmaps.
• Define and implement robust cloud‑sync mechanisms, cross‑region replication and high‑availability multi‑cloud architectures.
• Own and prioritise the DevOps product backlog, translating business capabilities into clear epics and user stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning and release planning to ensure a steady flow of well‑defined work for engineering squads.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience or deep practical knowledge of modern DevOps topologies and automated deployment strategies.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, orchestrate Agile processes and manage complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Experience working with configuration‑management tools, especially Ansible, and multi‑cloud environments.
