Product Engineer – Build AI‑powered Healthcare Platform

About the role

Supa Health is building an AI‑driven operating system that automates the administrative burden of mental‑health care. As a founding Product Engineer you will shape the product that powers real‑time operator tools, agent workflows, and the underlying platform that must meet HIPAA standards from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operator‑facing single‑page applications using a modern React stack, TypeScript and WebSockets.
• Build the agent platform that integrates calls, legacy payer systems, and structured/unstructured data processing, leveraging Postgres as the source of truth.
• Design and implement core platform services – schema, authentication, multi‑tenancy, and integrations – using Fastify, Drizzle, an Nx monorepo, and WorkOS.
• Collaborate with clinic operators and owners to identify pain points, prototype solutions, and ship features within days.
• Contribute to product roadmap by arguing for new wedges and delivering them end‑to‑end.

Required profile

• Several years of experience shipping production software to real users.
• Strong opinions on schema design, state‑machine usage, and UI performance.
• Ability to move quickly, iterate, and own features from concept to production.
