About the role
We are looking for fresh B.Com graduates to join our Non‑Voice Process Executive team in Nagpur. The position supports US‑based banking operations during the night shift and offers hands‑on experience in email and chat handling, backend banking processes, and credit report management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide email and chat support for banking customers.
- Execute backend banking tasks such as data entry and transaction verification.
- Prepare and handle credit reports and related data.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with BFSI standards.
Required profile
- B.Com degree (freshers only).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of BFSI concepts.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
