Accountant for Ready Mix Concrete Plant

About the role

PanchaKrishna Construction Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business in Nagpur and seeks an experienced Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting and financial activities at the RMC plant. The role is full‑time and on‑site, ideal for candidates already based in Nagpur.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally Prime.
• Handle sales, purchase accounting, invoicing, and manage customer and vendor ledgers.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable, track outstanding payments and collections.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations and maintain GST records.
• Assist with GST returns, GST reconciliation and coordinate with the company’s CA/tax consultant.
• Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
• Prepare basic monthly MIS and accounting reports.
• Provide routine financial information to management and ensure proper documentation for the RMC business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory).
• Practical knowledge of GST, GST returns and GST reconciliation.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, ledgers and bank reconciliation.
• Experience in RMC, construction, infrastructure or manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently on day‑to‑day accounting tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Must be currently based in Nagpur and comfortable working on‑site.

• Salary range ₹2.4–3 LPA (approximately INR 240,000–300,000 per year), based on experience.
