About the role

This is a fresh‑graduate opportunity as a Process Associate in a voice‑based call centre. The role is based in Whitefield, Bangalore and operates on a US night‑shift schedule, handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for order management.
• Provide customer support during US night‑shift timings.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (Arts, Science, MBA, MA, MSc, M.Com) with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and take both inbound and outbound calls.
• Good interpersonal abilities and ability to work in a team.
