About the role
This is a fresh‑graduate opportunity as a Process Associate in a voice‑based call centre. The role is based in Whitefield, Bangalore and operates on a US night‑shift schedule, handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for order management.
- Provide customer support during US night‑shift timings.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (Arts, Science, MBA, MA, MSc, M.Com) with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and take both inbound and outbound calls.
- Good interpersonal abilities and ability to work in a team.
