About the role
We are looking for fresh graduates to join our voice‑based healthcare process team. As a Process Associate you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support to customers in the United States shift timings.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls for healthcare‑related queries.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow standard operating procedures.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service while adhering to shift schedules.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work US shift timings, including night shifts.
- Open to both inbound and outbound call handling.
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (excluding engineering, B.E/B.Tech, M.Sc CS, IT, MCA).
Required skills
- No specific technical skills are required.
