Team Lead – Fulfillment

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a Team Lead for its Fulfillment team in Pune. You will supervise a group of agents, ensure high performance, and support daily operations while collaborating with other team leads.

Key responsibilities

• Enable the team to meet productivity and quality targets through coaching and training.
• Manage daily schedules, assignments, attendance and time adherence.
• Organize regular team meetings, one‑on‑ones and appraisal processes.
• Analyze performance data, propose optimizations and automation, and provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years documented experience as a team lead.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Well‑organized, persistent multitasker with a drive to develop people.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS systems: Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office and Google Applications (expert level).
