About the role
The position is for a Process Associate in a voice‑based healthcare call centre. The role is open to fresh graduates of any discipline (except engineering) and will involve handling both inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers. Candidates will attend a walk‑in interview at the Sholinganallur campus.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place voice calls related to healthcare services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Adhere to US shift timings and work flexible schedules, including night shifts.
- Maintain call quality standards and meet performance metrics.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Open to working US shift timings.
- Fresh graduate (UG/PG) from any non‑engineering stream.
