About the role
We are looking for fresh graduates to join our voice‑based healthcare call centre as Process Associates. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based shift timings, providing support to customers in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place inbound and outbound calls for healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to US shift schedules, including night shifts if required.
- Provide clear and courteous communication to customers.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible US shift timings, including night shifts.
- Open to both inbound and outbound call handling.
- Fresh graduate with any degree (UG or PG) except engineering or technical degrees.
