Presentation Designer - Specialist

About the role

OGS is seeking a Presentation Designer – Specialist to craft executive‑level presentations that translate complex ideas into clear visual stories. The role involves taking concepts from initial brief through to final production, working independently while collaborating with content and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality PowerPoint decks, pitch decks, reports, white papers and executive communications.
• Transform complex information into compelling visual narratives, including infographics, charts and data visualisations.
• Develop presentation concepts, layouts and apply information‑design principles to enhance audience engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all deliverables.
• Manage end‑to‑end presentation projects, ensuring timely delivery and production readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, content creators and creative teams to refine messaging and storytelling.
• Conduct quality checks for accuracy, consistency and visual polish.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in presentation design, visual communication or graphic design.
• Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Expertise in layout design, typography, colour theory and information hierarchy.
• Ability to create infographics, charts and data visualisations.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – preferred.
• Knowledge of presentation animation and interactive techniques – preferred.
