Graphic Design Trainee

About the role

Protrainy is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Design Trainee to produce engaging visual content for its digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, learning programs, and internal communications. The role offers the chance to work closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams in a fast‑growing EdTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visual content that aligns with Protrainy’s brand identity and communication guidelines.
• Produce graphics for digital marketing campaigns, events, webinars, courses, and company initiatives.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Good creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate design briefs into engaging visuals.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is preferred.
