Plant HR Head – Sanand (Ahmedabad)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Plant HR Head to lead the people function at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Sanand, Ahmedabad. Reporting to the CHRO, you will shape the People Strategy for a workforce of over 1,000 employees and drive a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent management initiatives including employer branding, talent acquisition, succession planning and retention of key talent.
• Drive employee engagement programs, enhance employee experience and manage internal communications.
• Oversee industrial relations, ensure compliance with labour laws and foster positive employee‑employer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, build high‑performing teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
