Pharmacist – Patient Care & Medication Management

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Santhapet. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring patients receive the right medication with clear guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications and explain dosage and usage instructions to patients.
• Provide patient consultations on medication management, potential side effects, and safe use.
• Maintain medication inventory, monitor stock levels, and prevent shortages or expirations.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and review patient medication plans.
• Compile and update patient medication records while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy or a related field (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD, D.Pharm).
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare staff.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
